Nanaten here! I somehow went over budget on my cosplay and now in need for some cash to finish them. So I'm thinking of open a commission. Currently I'm opening 10 slots for commisions.

What can I commission?

This is the first time I'm doing this, so it's going to be limited to chapters of series I'm working on currently, including those that are on hiatus/dropped. I only open 10 commision slots. That's 10 chapters of whatever series that I'm working on. For more details of that the series are, click here.

How much per chapter?

Depends on the series:

1. Webmanga (Ake no Tobari): 5$ USD
2. Manga that's around 20-30 pages long (CnR, InS, SnM, WoG, Samurai Sensei, Paradise, AshiAo): 8$ USD
3. Manga that's around 50-60 pages long (Kaiouki, SnT, SnM2): 10$ USD
4. Manga that has more than 80 pages long (SnT Showa Arc, Ryuusui no Tsubasa):  12$ USD

How long will it take to do a chapter?

Around 3 days to a week, depending on what series. It will not count towards the weekly release.

Can I commission a different series that you're not working on?

Unfortunately, no. However I'm opening a slot for SnM2 (Shura no Mon: Dai ni Mon), RnT (Ryuusui no Tsubasa). Maybe next tiem I'm opening a commission.

My New Year's Resolution

Happy New Year('s Eve. But you're probably going to read this on Friday), everybody! My 2015 resolution was trying to stay alive. And I did it! I actually managed to stay alive for one whole year. Not that I'm dying or something, but you get the idea.

A lot of things has happened within the year, I got involved in a child kidnapping (sort of), questioned by my vice-dean (and many people I know) because of my sidelock, getting back on scanlating again, my first VLOG (and I stopped completely for some reason), my first (terrible) album, finish translating Fudekage (I should go back and fix all of the errors), got interested in bara shota doujins (damn you, Torakitchen!), and my first job as an event host (based on the pictures, people seemed to have a good time).

I have to say, it's been a fun year. I just hope that 2016 is going to be a lot more fun. I have many plans for 2016: another album, youtube activities, and more manga to translate.

We'll be starting our album recording in January. It's another anime song cover album for my cosplay community's fifth anniversary. Also we'll be re-recording our previous album. Hopefully, I won't mess with anything. I went to karaoke for the first time last night and the result wasn't pretty.

I've been thinking of becoming a youtuber once I graduate and I have some pretty good idea for sketches. Question is: "what kind of youtuber shall I become?" Should I be a vlogger, comedy, singer, gamer, or unboxer? Then I realized, "Hey, this is my youtube channel. I can do anything I want!" I just hope no one will sue me for copyright. (Anyway, does anyone know a cheap tripod for smartphones?)

I haven't worked on any manga since the last update. Shura no Toki volume 16 is expected to be released on February, so I'll be working on that once I'm done with Yoshitsune arc. However I'll be focused on my academics starting February, so it's going to take a while. So here's a teaser of what's coming in 2016:

Samurai Sensei Vol. 1 Ch. 1

Four weeks later and I is still haven't updated anything Shura related, almost to the point of completely forgotten. And here I am posting yet another completely random manga which I most likely picked up because I want to get that views and eventually got tired of it.

So I found this manga on Tuesday and I remembered that this is getting a live-action adaptation (you can go to d-addicts to get the subtitle for the first episode). And I have to say, the manga is a lot different than the dorama. Probably that's because they have to put lots of fillers on it as there's only two volumes out so far in a very excruciating chapter release pace (I mean, twelve pages per month?).

The only problem that I have with the dorama is that they're giving away Sakamoto Ryoma's identity way too early. It was in the synopsis and the opening, so it kinda spoils the manga. I'm not gonna say anything about the cast because it's only been one episode. But I do like the historical trivia.

Random stuff: as you can read on my Tumblr, Kissmanga has blocked my Disqus account. Probably because I posted a really mean comment about Real Account manga addressed to the mods. I wanted to apologize, but I've been blocked from their facebook page for over a year now (I still can't figure out why). So I'm just gonna put my apology here (but seriously, you gotta work on your manga updates, man!).
