Nanaten here! Thank you for tuning in on my first livestream last week. The stream is available at my channel. I would like to put it here, but there's another video I would like to put. Here's a recap of what's been happening this week:
So as you remember back in April, I made an Indonesian cover of Sugar Song & Bitter Step by Unison Square Garden, which sadly, was blocked on Youtube. I had to remove the audio on my video. Weirdly, that audioless video had more views than most of my recent covers.
A few weeks ago, I saw a full cover of that song by Rage Black Infinity using the same instrumental track. He told me that the publisher is no longer blocking covers of that song. So I decided to reupload that cover using the same audio as I had last time. Many people commented that my voice was too flat, as I am already aware. Instead of improving the audio, I decided to shoot more footages to put on that video. Luckily, I had two rotating RGB lights lying around, courtesy of my brother's random purchase for his workspace upgrade. So I was able to shoot footage I wanted but couldn't do during the initial shooting of the video back in April. So without further ado, here it is:
This week on Citrus Plays: me and my friend Aswan played an indie RPG made by Indonesian game developers, Insurgence: Chains of Renegade.
Cosplay stuff: I am currently working on my Zhuge Liang cosplay. I chose his second form because I am working on a very limited to no budget. I found a place that is available to alter my dad's suit for a reasonable price. I still can't find the tie tho. I know it's a red tie, but I don't know how to do that yellow pattern resembling Alexander's robe. Should I just have one made?
Translation stuff: a few days ago, I was working on my Indonesian cover of Make My Story, second opening of My Hero Academia season 3. I saw Raayo's and Rage Infinity's covers and I am thinking of joining the bandwagon as well. It's been a while since the last time I translyric. But I think I can handle it.
On the manga side, I am currently choosing between translating Shura no Toki or Kaiouki. As you recall, I bought a bunch of Kawahara Masatoshi manga from a sale last week. I still can't decide which one I should translate first. I still haven't translated T-Sensei volume 3, but I think translating any of those two series will get me on the mood. So which should I pick? Let me know in the comments.
About this chapter: In this chapter, we switch back to Reimei. I like this part where they keep switching back and forth between the main characters. Reimei is as important to the story as Tobari. And I think this arc really shows that. Also shirtless Reimei is always welcomed. Translation note: I mistranslated the part where Reimei said "When I woke up I felt terrible". It's actually said, "When it occurred to me, I felt terrible". When I turned in the script, I forgot that 起 can either mean "happen" or "awake". I intend to fix it on the MangaDex release. Sorry about that.
So that's this week recap. Next week: the answer of the secret that has been hidden from Reimei for years. Don't forget to stay hydrated in this summer heat.
