Nanaten here still mildly procrastinating from the (not so) self-quarantine. My anxiety is starting to kick in. Speaking of which, after I finished all of Megaman Zero games, I started playing Megaman XDive on my phone. So that's something to keep me distracted. Too distracted.
During this time, I also watched some anime movies I could watch in theaters when it came out, such as Promare and Children of the Sea. Let me tell you, watching anime movies using vr technology is astonishing. Now Promare's Inferno is stuck inside my head.
About this chapter: Yes, I'm back doing this series again. It's been eight years since I first started with Corseltel series. I was at a turning point of my life when I first discovered this series. That was the moment I decided that manga translation is something I want to do. But I gave up on the series back then because it was too much for me. Eight years later, this series has gone through so many translators. Rozen said he wanted to take over this series, but it's been over a year since the end of CnRM. So I return to this series, skipping chapter 8, in case Rozen comes back.
As to how this return came to be, a month ago when I was visiting my parents, I got so bored, I was browsing around the files in my old laptop. Unexpectedly, there lies my old files of CnRKM raws from eight years ago. OCR technology has improved since then. I was able to scan most of the Japanese letters using my phone now. So I took out my phone and started translating half of the second volume.
I wanted to test the reaction to Corseltel series by uploading the booklet I translated previous Christmas ago on MangaDex. Luckily, it received well enough. So if last week you guessed this series would make a comeback based on that, congratulations. Anyway, I'll be doing this series when Ake no Tobari is not updating (I'm still waiting for Eva and Mayu for chapter 163. Love you guys).
